Diáne Mandle is a Polarity practitioner and a Life Coach who integrated Himalayan/Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing into her private practice, and in 2004, became California’s first State Certified Tibetan Bowl Practitioner/Instructor. Her work includes educational workshops, trainings and concerts around the country. She is presently associated with the San Diego Cancer Center as one of its Complementary Therapy Team members, and she offers regular sessions to their patients. To date, she has produced three acclaimed CDs, Return to Om, Sarasvati’s Dream, and Being Well: The Journey, as well as two books, Ancient Sounds for a New Age: Introduction to Himalayan Sacred Sound Instruments and How to Clear Space with Sound Using Tibetan Bowls & Tingshas. She owns an operates the Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing School in Encinitas where she trains people to become sound healing practitioners.

Diáne has appeared on numerous radio and television programs, been published in a multitude of journals, magazines and blogs and has traveled to Nepal and India to select high quality instruments and expand her understanding of the originating culture and healing modality. In June of 2008 in answer to an increasing demand for skilled sound healing practitioners she, in association with Sacred Sound Workshops, opened the Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing School. The school’s mission is to help create and maintain a high standard of practice with the Sacred Sound Instruments.

Akshara Weave is a musician, recording artist and producer specializing in the exploration of sacred sound and music in relation to health, well being and consciousness. He has been a student of sound healing and sacred geometry since 1994, and was initiated as a Reiki Master in the Unlimited Reiki System in 1999.

Akshara’s musical recordings include The 10 Minute Chakra, a meditation through the Ayurvedic chakra system as a ladder, spiral and helix; and The Reiki Healing Series, a translation of the Reiki symbols into music using sacred geometry. His musical productions include Shakti Bhakti by Martin Wolff, an exploration of traditional Vedic chant; and The Lost Chord by Jonathan Goldman, a musical interpretation of the Divine Proportion of Phi.

Sound and Energy Healing Visionary

David Gibson is the Founder and Director of Globe Institute. He is also the founder and Conference Coordinator of the World Sound Healing Conferences (now Globe Sound Healing Conference) and has facilitated 3 international conferences. He has been studying esoteric systems of sound healing for over 15 years and has an in-depth understanding of the underlying physics of sound. He is currently finishing a book titled, The Sound of Love – Using Sound for Health, Healing, Life Enhancement, and Connecting to Spirit.

David’s mission is to bring Sound and Energy Healing into the mainstream (and hospitals). In order to do this, he established the Sound Healing Research Foundation and has also created plays and movies to help educate the general public. Some of the institutes instructors are Dr. Jeffrey D. Thompson and Steven Halpern.

Internationally Renowned Master Teacher and Author

Returning for the second year, Jonathan Goldman is a writer, musician and teacher. He is an authority on sound healing and a pioneer in the field of harmonics. Jonathan is the author of Healing Sounds: The Power of Harmonics (Inner Traditions), Shifting Frequencies (Light Technology) The Lost Chord (Spirit Music) and Tantra of Sound (Hampton Road), co-authored with his wife Andi. He has studied with masters of sound from both the scientific and spiritual traditions, including the Dalai Lama’s Chanting Gyuto and Gyume Monks and has been empowered by the Chant Master of the Drepung Loseling Monastery to teach Tibetan Overtone Chanting. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Film Making from Boston University and a Master’s Degree in the Independent Study on Sound Healing from Lesley College. He is a lecturing member of the International Society for Music and Medicine.

An internationally acknowledged Master Teacher, Jonathan facilitates Healing Sounds Seminars at universities, hospitals, holistic health centers and expos throughout the United States and Europe. He has appeared on national television and radio, including Art Bell’s “Coast to Coast AM” and has been featured in national periodicals including USA Today and The New York Times. His annual Healing Sounds Intensive attracts participants from around the world.
